Sec. 6.17.050. - Operation of golf carts; unlawful. Except in locations designated by resolution of the city council by a person holding a current driver's license, and except where crossing a public street at a marked and signed crossing authorized by the traffic engineer during daylight, it shall be unlawful to operate a golf cart on any city street or right-of-way.
