§121.0415 Recovery of Repair, Demolition, or Vacation Costs All costs incurred by the City to implement the Administrative Enforcement Order, including the costs for all administrative processing, physical work, and abatement hearings, shall be assessed and collected in accordance with Municipal Code Chapter 1, Article 3, Division 3 (Recovery of Abatement Costs).
