§121.0414 Vacant and Unsecured or Boarded Structures Any owner of an unsafe, substandard, or dangerous structure that meets the definition of a vacant structure in Municipal Code Section 54.0302 may be subject to the provisions of Chapter 5, Article 4, Division 3 (Abatement of Vacant Structures).
