§26.2106 Designation of Board Chair During July of each year, the Mayor may designate one member of the Board as Chair. In the absence of such designation, the Board shall on or after August 15, select a Chair from among its members. The Chair shall serve a one year term with the option of reappointment for one additional year. (Added 6-24-2010 by O-19963 N.S.; effective 7-24-2010.)
