Sec. 382.409. - Office hours of contractor. The contractor shall maintain an office in the City and shall keep the office open and the office telephones answered between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, except to meet holiday or emergency demands as directed by the Solid Waste Division Chief.
