11.10.160 - Failure to pay a required parking fee—Collection. In the case of a failure to pay a required parking fee as referenced in LVMC 11.52.310 and 11.52.320, the City is entitled to collect the required parking fee in addition to and independent of any civil fine that may be imposed, and the fee amount shall be added to and be collectible with the amount of fines and penalties associated with the violation.
