PERMIT FOR USE OF NON-PNEUMATIC TIRES

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 50-226 Required.

§ 50-226. - Required. No person shall move or cause to be moved on non-pneumatic tires over or upon any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks or other public grounds of this City, either paved or unpaved, any threshing machine, ditching machine, earth mover, or other piece of machinery weighing more than ten tons without a permit issued by the Director. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 50-227 Application.

§ 50-227. - Application. A person who is required by the provisions of this division to obtain a permit shall make written application for such permit to the director. The application shall give all necessary details in connection with the desired removal of the heavy machinery, the date and the exact time of day or night when the removal is to be made, a full description of the route to be traversed during such removal, the exact beginning and ending points and the number or some other particular identifying mark of the piece of machinery to be removed. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 50-228 One machine and route per permit.

§ 50-228. - One machine and route per permit. No more than one machine shall be described nor more than one route outlined, in any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this division. (Code 1970, § 32-60; Code 1980, § 50-228)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 50-229 Term.

§ 50-229. - Term. No permit required by the provisions of this division shall be valid if issued more than five days prior to the time of removal of the machine for which it was issued. (Code 1970, § 32-61; Code 1980, § 50-229)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 50-230 Fee.

§ 50-230. - Fee. A person making application for the permit required by the provisions of this division shall pay to the City Treasurer the fee established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees. (Code 1970, § 32-62; Code 1980, § 50-230)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 50-231 Form.

§ 50-231. - Form. A permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this division shall give all necessary details in connection with the desired removal of such heavy machinery, the date and the exact time of day or night when the removal is to be made, a full description of the route to be traversed during such removal, the exact beginning and ending points and the number or some other particular identifying mark of the piece of machinery to be removed.
