§ 49-107. - Report. Upon approval for use of any vehicle inspected as to fitness for hauling trash, a written statement signed by the Director of the Health Department shall be filed in the office of the Supervisor of Licenses and a copy furnished to the applicant. The statement shall list the vehicles inspected and approved and identify the same by make, model, type and engine number as furnished by the owner requesting inspection, in the case of self-propelled vehicles; and in the case of vehicles not self-propelled, a sufficient description of the type to permit ready identification.
