Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 49-108

(a) Upon receipt of the report of inspection and approval, the Supervisor of Licenses shall prepare and issue an identification decal for each vehicle approved pursuant to the provisions of this division. The decal shall designate the use of the vehicle for the hauling of any municipal solid waste and the vehicle shall not be used for any trash hauling purpose other than that designated on the decal.
(b) Identification decals shall be issued only to the owner of a vehicle subject to regulation under this division, and shall be attached securely to the inside lower right-hand corner of the windshield of the vehicle for which issued in plain sight for inspection or observation at all times, whether the vehicle is in motion or at rest.
