Sec. 4-8. - Collection of fees, receipts. It shall be the duty of the City of San Antonio Tax Assessor and Collector to process payments of the alcoholic beverage fees specified in accordance with this article and to issue receipts therefor, which shall be valid concurrently with the permit or license issued by the state.
