Sec. 4-7. - Certificate authorizing continued sales. The director of building inspections is hereby directed to issue proper certificates to authorize the continued sale of alcoholic beverages on those premises which were lawfully devoted to such use prior to the zoning ordinance affecting such location or the annexation of the affected location.
