Sec. 536-620. - Fees for plan review. A non-refundable fee is due upon submission of an application for services rendered in the review of plans, regardless of whether a permit is ultimately issued. The fee shall be determined as provided in section 131-501 of the Code or as provided in IC 36-7-2.5 for private provider permits. (G.O. 63, 2009, § 28; G.O. 40, 2025, § 18)
