The fifteenth ward of the city shall be described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of White River and Washington Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Washington Street to the centerline of Shelby; running thence south on and along the centerline of Shelby to the centerline of Virginia; running thence northwesterly on and along the centerline of Virginia to the centerline of McCarty; running thence west on and along the centerline of McCarty to the centerline of East Street; running thence south on and along the centerline of East Street to the centerline of Bicking; running thence west on and along the centerline of Bicking to the centerline of Delaware;, running thence south on and along the centerline of Delaware to the centerline of Ray Street; running thence west on and along the centerline of Ray Street to the centerline of White River; running thence north on and along the centerline of White River to the centerline of Washington Street, said point being the place of beginning.
