Sec. 135-822. - How paid. The two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for the petty cash fund established under section 135-821 shall be paid by a warrant drawn on the appropriate fund in favor of the office manager of the public defender agency and shall be returned to the appropriate fund when there is a change of custodian or when the fund is no longer needed. (G.O. 52, 1998, § 1)
