Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 135-821 Created.

Sec. 135-821. - Created. Pursuant to IC 36-1-8-3, the city-county council, as the fiscal body for the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana, hereby establishes a petty cash fund in the amount of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) to be placed in the custody of the office manager of the public defender agency, which petty cash fund shall be used by the public defender agency to pay small or emergency items of operating expenses. Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 135-822 How paid.

Sec. 135-822. - How paid. The two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for the petty cash fund established under section 135-821 shall be paid by a warrant drawn on the appropriate fund in favor of the office manager of the public defender agency and shall be returned to the appropriate fund when there is a change of custodian or when the fund is no longer needed.
