11.41.020 - Operation of golf carts—Unlawful—Exceptions. Except in locations designated by Schedule 28-I, and except where crossing a public street at a marked and signed crossing authorized by the City Traffic Engineer, it shall be unlawful to operate a golf cart on any City street or right-of-way.
