Las Vegas Municipal Code § 11.41.010 Operation of golf carts—Where permitted.

11.41.010 - Operation of golf carts—Where permitted. Those streets, parts of streets, or areas described in Schedule 28-I, a copy of which is to be maintained for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk and the City Traffic Engineer, and such other streets, parts of streets, or areas as may be added to said Schedule by resolution of the City Council, are declared to be public street segments where the operation of golf carts is permitted in accordance with the provisions of the Nevada Revised Statutes. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 11.41.020 Operation of golf carts—Unlawful—Exceptions.

11.41.020 - Operation of golf carts—Unlawful—Exceptions. Except in locations designated by Schedule 28-I, and except where crossing a public street at a marked and signed crossing authorized by the City Traffic Engineer, it shall be unlawful to operate a golf cart on any City street or right-of-way. (Ord. 3607 § 3, 1991)
