§ 14-11-175 - REVIEW OF APPLICATION. In reviewing an application for a permit, the director shall consider the following: (1) the size of surface and subsurface area to be affected; (2) the period of time the applicant proposes to occupy the area; (3) the safety of the pedestrian and vehicular traffic in and adjacent to the occupied area; and (4) the traffic congestion and the vehicular parking requirements at the location.
