11.39.030 - Restricted area—Designated. It is unlawful for any person, unless exempted by Section 11.39.040 or by specific action of the City Council, to operate, drive or propel an animal-drawn vehicle, pedicab or pedalbus on public streets beyond the boundaries of the area designated as the Central Traffic District.
