§ 32-413. - Revocable permit required. No person or entity shall operate a valet parking service without having secured a revocable permit to do so from the Director. Violation of this section shall be considered a Class "a" offense, and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00 per day of violation, excluding costs and fees. (Ord. No. 23642, § 2, 7-15-08)
