921.04 - Siren prohibited except for emergency. (A) No person, except an authorized vessel representative of the federal government, the state, or any of its political subdivisions or this city shall use or operate a siren on the waterways of the city except for emergency purposes. (B) No person shall operate or permit to be operated any vessel on the waterways of the city in violation of this section. (Ord. 805-05 § 1 (part).)
