Sec. 35-C108b. - Vested Rights Appeal. A fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall accompany filing of an application for an appeal of a vested rights determination to the planning commission. Subsequent to the planning commission taking action on a vested rights application the applicant may appeal the determination of the planning commission to the city council by filing an application for an appeal of the planning commission's determination of vested rights accompanied by a fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) with the office of the city clerk.
