§ 42-43. - Payment in advance. A prepaid permit account as provided for in Section 42-42 may be established by making application to the Development Services Department and the payment, in advance, of a minimum sum to the City Treasurer of not less than $40.00 with all future deposits to be at least the sum of $40.00.
