Sec. 54-587. - Rules. The manager of transportation and infrastructure shall promulgate rules and regulations to further govern the use of electrical assisted bicycles or electric scooters offered for rental in the city including, but not limited to, any rules necessary to set mandatory parking zones, provide for signage or other identification for mandatory parking zones, define and update accessibility standards, define the shape, form and style of information on safe riding, parking, and other regulatory requirements.
