Sec. 241-304. - Golf division. The golf division shall: (1) Create meaningful and enjoyable golfing opportunities for people of all ages and playing abilities; (2) Provide competitive playing conditions that meet customer expectations at fair market pricing; (3) Provide ancillary golf amenities like driving ranges, pro shops, golf carts, and concessions that meet quality standards; and (4) Ensure the golfing customer, the City of Indianapolis, and the golf operators are receiving value for dollars spent.
