Sec. 241-305. - Greenways division. The greenways division shall: (1) Develop, manage, improve and maintain the greenways system within Marion County; (2) Provide recreation and fitness opportunities; (3) Promote open space conservation; (4) Link neighborhoods with each other and parks and other community assets; and (5) Provide environmental education for the public concerning the greenways system.
