§ 32-583. - Special speed limitation on motorcycles and motor scooters. No person shall operate any motorcycle or any motor scooter at a speed greater than the speed limit legally posted. In no event nor at any time may an operator under the age of 16 years operate a motorcycle or motor scooter at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour. (Code 1970, § 34-70; Code 1980, § 32-582)
