11.54.205 - Misdemeanors. It is a misdemeanor for any person: (A) To deface, injure, tamper with, open or wilfully break, destroy, remove, or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed under the provisions of this Chapter, except as otherwise provided in this Chapter. (B) To deposit or cause to be deposited in any parking meter any slugs, device or metal substances, or other substitute for lawful coins. (C) To attempt to activate any parking meter by means of a key or card which is not authorized for use in that meter. (Ord. 5233 § 4, 2000: Ord. 3989 § 20, 1996)
