11.54.202 - Violation—Civil infraction. Unless otherwise provided, a violation of this Chapter shall be a civil infraction in accordance with the provisions of LVMC Ch. 11.10, for which both the registered owner and the operator of a vehicle are liable. (Ord. 3989 § 19, 1996)
