Sec. 111-310. - Ninth ward. The ninth ward of the city shall be described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Sherman Drive and Interstate 70; running thence northeasterly on and along the centerline of Interstate 70 to the centerline of Emerson Avenue; running thence south on and along the centerline of Emerson Avenue to the centerline of Michigan Street; running thence west on and along the centerline of Michigan Street to the centerline of Oakland Avenue; running thence north on and along the centerline of Oakland Avenue to the centerline of Tenth Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Tenth Street to the centerline of Sherman Drive; running thence north on and along the centerline of Sherman Drive to the centerline of Interstate 70, said point being the place of beginning.
