Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 111-311

The tenth ward of the city shall be described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Monon Railroad and Tenth Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Tenth Street to the centerline of Oakland; running thence south on and along the centerline of Oakland to the centerline of Washington Street; running thence west on and along the centerline of Washington Street to the centerline of Cruse; running thence north on and along the centerline of Cruse to the centerline of Market; running thence east on and along the centerline of Market to the centerline of Dickson; running thence north on and along the centerline of Dickson to the centerline of New York Street; running thence west on and along the centerline of New York Street to the centerline of the Monon Railroad; running thence north on and along the centerline of the Monon Railroad to the centerline of Tenth Street, said point being the place of beginning.
