§ 57-201. - Landscape maintenance. (a) No person shall dump, spill, leak, pump, pour, emit, empty, discharge, leach, dispose, or otherwise introduce or cause, allow, or permit to be introduced any substances into the MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) other than stormwater, including without limitation the following common substances: (1) garbage; (2) rubbish; (3) yard waste; (4) sediment; (5) floatable materials.
