§ 31-24. - Screening requirements. All mobile home subdivisions, except those developed under the R-A Single-Family Rural Residential standards, shall have a greenbelt planting strip, not less than 20 feet in width, along all subdivision boundaries. Appropriate landscaping, including a fence, shall be required. (Code 1970, § 9-389; Code 1980, § 31-24)
