Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 31-21 Compliance with zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations.

§ 31-21. - Compliance with zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations. Except as otherwise provided, all mobile home subdivisions shall comply with the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations. (Code 1970, § 9-384; Code 1980, § 31-21)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 31-22 Side lot lines.

§ 31-22. - Side lot lines. Side lines of lots in mobile home subdivisions need not be at right angles to straight street lines or radial to curved street lines. (Code 1970, § 9-387; Code 1980, § 31-22)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 31-23 Lots abutting public street.

§ 31-23. - Lots abutting public street. Regardless of the effective lot width, mobile home subdivision lots shall abut a public street for at least 25 feet. (Code 1970, § 9-388; Code 1980, § 31-23)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 31-24 Screening requirements.

§ 31-24. - Screening requirements. All mobile home subdivisions, except those developed under the R-A Single-Family Rural Residential standards, shall have a greenbelt planting strip, not less than 20 feet in width, along all subdivision boundaries. Appropriate landscaping, including a fence, shall be required. (Code 1970, § 9-389; Code 1980, § 31-24)
