3111.05 - Greater Hilltop area created. There is hereby created in the city a commission area to be known as the Greater Hilltop commission area bounded on the north by the centerline of Interstate 70; on the east by the centerlines of Interstate 70 and the railroad right-of-way immediately west of Harrisburg Pike; and on the south and west by the centerline of Interstate 270; each line extended as necessary so as to intersect with adjacent boundaries. The Greater Hilltop area commission is hereby established as the representative advisory area commission for the Greater Hilltop area pursuant to Chapter 3109, having the powers and duties thereof in accordance with the regulations therein and the by-laws, rules, and selection procedure of the Greater Hilltop area commission on file with the city clerk and approved hereby.
