§ 57-19. - Jurisdiction of Utilities Department. The operation, maintenance and control of reservoirs and all City property adjoining or adjacent thereto shall remain and be under the jurisdiction of the Utilities Department, and any other City department desiring to make any use of any space or ground in said area shall first present its plan of construction and operation to the Utilities Department and obtain its approval thereof.
