§ 21-15. - Delivery of food; sanitary wrapping required. No prepared food of any kind shall be delivered from the place where such food was prepared to any other place unless the food is fully wrapped in such a manner as to make all portions inaccessible to flies, dust or other contaminants and the product temperature has been held within allowable limits.
