§ 21-16. - Imitation extracts to be labeled. No person shall manufacture, sell, offer or expose for sale or exchange any extracts or flavorings not made from the natural fruit, unless the same are labeled "imitation." The word "imitation" shall immediately precede the name of the extract or flavoring, and in the same type and style. Such extract or flavoring shall be free from coloring matter deleterious to health. (Code 1970, § 16-16; Ord. No. 15972, § 1, 9-16-80; Code 1980, § 21-16)
