Sec. 55-279. - Proof of compliance with Code prerequisite to issuance. No license shall be issued under this division until satisfactory proof shall have been made to the manager of licensing and consumer protection that the parking lot is laid out and constructed and will be maintained in accordance with this Code and the ordinances and regulations of the city.
