§ 13-2-52 - LOADING AND UNLOADING. A driver may not load or unload passengers in the roadway of a street, but shall drive to the right-hand sidewalk as nearly as possible, except on one-way streets where passengers may be discharged at either the right-hand or left-hand sidewalk, or at the side of a roadway without a sidewalk.
