§ 7-390 REVIEW OF APPLICATION; APPROVAL; DENIAL OF APPROVAL. The floodplain administrator shall deny any application for a Corridor Development Certificate, unless it complies with the standards contained in the CDC Manual or unless an exemption from or variance of those standards is obtained. The process for the review of the CDC application and the subsequent approval or denial of approval can be found in the CDC Manual.
