§ 7-391 CDC EXEMPTIONS AND VARIANCES. A property owner may request an exemption or variance to the CDC process as described in the CDC Manual. The process for the review of the exemption or variance and the subsequent approval or denial of approval can be found in the CDC Manual. Exemptions and variances are still reviewed by the CDC participating communities.
