§ 38-762. - Permit privileges generally. Fishing permits shall allow fishing 24 hours per day in the waters of the NCRCRA, subject to the periods and times authorized by State and Federal law, and shall not permit fishing in any area that may be otherwise restricted as provided by ordinance, rule, or regulation in accordance with NCRCRA policies and guidelines.
