Appeal - Withdrawal.
San José Municipal Code § 20.100.250
in effectAn appeal may be withdrawn by the appellant at their will prior to the expiration of the appeal period set forth in Section 20.100.240 . Any request for withdrawal made after the appeal period shall be acted upon by the planning commission or city council at the scheduled public hearing on the appeal. (Ord. 26248.)
