921.19 - Ski jumps prohibited. No person shall install or maintain any structure or inclined platform known as a water ski jump on the waterways of the city. No person shall use any such platform or structure for the purpose of water ski jumping, except upon special permit issued by the director of recreation and parks. (Ord. 805-05 § 1 (part).)
