Sec. 6.06.725. - Inattentive driving. No person while driving a motor vehicle may be engaged or occupied with an activity, other than driving the vehicle, that interferes or reasonably appears to interfere with the person's ability to drive the vehicle safely. Telephonic device use is an excluded activity pursuant to NRS 707.375 and violations are enforced through NRS 484B.165. (Ord. No. 6392, § 1, 2-10-16)
