Sec. 6.06.730. - Subject to traffic-control signals. Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic-control signals as heretofore declared in chapter 6.06 (rules of the road), but all other places pedestrians shall be granted those rights and be subject to the restrictions stated in this title.
