3377.19 - Projecting signs requiring graphics plan approval. The graphics commission may consider for approval as part of a graphics plan, one or more on- premises projecting signs to be utilized to identify or provide direction to functions within an institutional, commercial or manufacturing use under this Zoning Code, or a mixed-use district of the 2024 Zoning Code.
