4123.47 - Lot line markers required. Where required by the chief building official, before any work is started on the construction of a building or an addition to a building which is regulated under this code, all boundary lines shall be clearly marked at their intersections with permanent markers or with markers which are offset at a distance which is of record with the owner. (Ord. 1404-99 § 2 (part).)
