§ 29-48. - Refusal to issue permit. The Chief Mechanical Inspector may refuse to issue a permit where the work done or proposed to be done is unsafe or is not in accordance with the provisions of this Code. Any person aggrieved by said decision may appeal pursuant to Section 29-121 of this chapter. (Ord. No. 25053, § 2, 12-16-14, eff. 3-16-15)
